The 54th KVS regional sports meet (Dehradun region) concluded at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Ordnance Factory Dehradun on Friday. The three-day meet of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan featured athletics for boys (under 14, 17 and under 19). PM SHRI KV, OFD hosted various athletic events, including discus throw, javelin throw, shot put and hammer throw aside from different races. On the concluding day, the winners and participants were awarded certificates and medals.
In his address, the principal, PM SHRI KV OFD, Sunil Dutt highlighted the importance of sports in building character, teamwork and discipline among students.
