LCWC hosts Goldie Mehndi Rache Mere Haath competition

In latest news from Uttarakhand, the Lake City Welfare Club organised the Goldie Mehndi Rache Mere Haath competition in Nainital during which 430 participants displayed their talent in the junior and senior categories of the competition. Mannat won the first place in the senior category of the competition while Rozam won the first place in the junior category.
Earlier, a social worker Ashish Bajaj inaugurated the competition and appreciated the initiative. The sponsor of the programme Pramod Kumar Agarwal Goldie said that the competition is being organised in Nainital for the last 15 years, adding that the initiative is meant to provide children with a platform to develop and showcase their inherent talent.
The president of Lake City Welfare Club Jyoti Dhaudiyal and the secretary Deepa Pandey said that next year the competition would be organised on a bigger scale in which Nainital, Bhowali and Bhimtal would also be included.
