Leave U’khand or face stern action: CM warns criminals

Taking a stern note of the Raipur shootout case in which one person was shot dead while two others were injured, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has said that criminals have no place in Uttarakhand. In a clear warning to the criminals, the CM said that they should either leave the State or remain prepared to face stringent action.
Dhami said that no one, whosoever he may be, will be allowed to disturb the peace in the State. He said that the criminals will not be spared and the State government is standing with the family of the victim. The CM said that the orders for strict action against the criminals have been given and a report on illegal activities of the criminals involved in the incident has been sought.
In a daring shootout in Dobhal Chowk of Raipur in Dehradun a property dealer Ravi Badola was shot dead on Sunday night. The assailants also injured two friends of Ravi Dobhal. Taking cognizance of the incident the CM ordered the Director General of Police to take strict action.
The CM said that Uttarakhand is Devbhoomi and it has no place for the criminals. He said that a report from MDDA and Municipal Corporation of Dehradun has been sought. The CM said that the law will take its own course.
