The PCC president Karan Mahara has accused the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami of being involved in backdoor appointments in the Vidhan Sabha. He told the media-persons that it is surprising that the CM had welcomed the decision of speaker Ritu Khanduri to terminate the employees but the fact is that he himself used his special power of ‘deviation’ to approve the appointment of the employees recruited by the then speaker Prem Chand Agarwal overruling the objections of the Finance and Personnel secretary.
