The State Rural Development, Tourism and Culture minister Satpal Maharaj gave a development gift comprising a slew of schemes related to road, education, panchayat and rural development to Chaubattakhal in Pauri district from where he was elected to the Assembly. He launched these schemes at two separate programmes organised at Government Inter College, Sandhar and Government Inter College, Bironkhal. Lauding the the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for their dynamic stewardship, he said that Uttarakhand has been developing fast under all directions, adding that his constituency is tasting development too like the rest of the State.
The projects he launched or laid foundation stone of included the repair work of the stretch between Bharoli and Maithana, the repair work of Bedikhal to Chorkhinda motor road and repair work of Bedikhal to Bhaurad motor road.
