Cabinet minister and Bharatiya Janata Party candidate from Chaubattakhal Assembly constituency in Pauri district, Satpal Mahraj expressed his gratitude to the voters for their support and thanked the party workers who were involved in the election campaign. On Tuesday morning, Maharaj went from his home in Sediakhal and met party works along the way before reaching Satpuli. The minister thanked the voters in his constituency for their support. Reaching Satpuli he also thanked the party workers and office bearers. He also sought information about probable votes received by the party in various booths in the constituency. The minister also thanked all the government employees who were deputed to polling duty for ensuring a peaceful polling on Monday.
