The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Pritam Singh has appointed senior leader Mahesh Joshi as secretary of the state unit of the party.
Singh said that Joshi is an active and dedicated member of the party and his appointment would help in strengthening the Congress party in Uttarakhand.
