The general officer commanding, Uttarakhand Sub Area, major general MPS Gill inaugurated the newly established ECHS Polyclinic at Clement Town Military Station on Tuesday.
The new facility boasts advanced infrastructure, including a modern dental chair, laboratory services, an emergency retention room, physiotherapy section, a pharmacy, and two dedicated medical officers. It is expected to cater to approximately 7,000 ECHS beneficiaries
“Dedication of this Polyclinic to Tri Services veterans reiterates the commitment of Surya Command to the welfare of veterans and their dependents. The new facility is expected to significantly enhance healthcare delivery across the region. The inauguration of this facility reflects the Army’s unwavering resolve to support its retired personnel across the nation,’’ a communique from the Army said.
The GoC 14 infantry division, Major General Naveen Mahajan, Lt General (retd) Sanjeev Anand, officer and armed services veterans attended the programme.
