In latest news from Uttarakhand, to ensure uninterrupted Char Dham Yatra during the ensuing monsoon season, the SP Uttarkasi Arpan Yaduvanshi inaugurated a provisional police check-post at accident prone Sonagarh. Police personnel were deployed there too.
As per the district police’s revised order, traffic movement will remain suspended from 8 pm to 4 am. Further, the pilgrims who have hotel bookings will be allowed to cross the police barriers from 8 pm to 10 pm. At 4 am the pilgrims’ movement will commence.
