Man confesses of shooting mistakenly

The Dehradun police have caught the man who shot a man in Rajpur and injured him when he confronted him on urinating outside a store on Friday night.
The police informed that the accused is 29 years old man Nitin Kumar from Haridwar who currently works as a security guard at Sahastradhara Road office of the Directorate of Prosecution in Dehradun. Kumar told the police that he had mistakenly shot the victim on Friday.
As per the police, Kumar said that when he went to urinate outside the nearby store in a corner, two men started threatening and abusing him. He said that he took out his licensed revolver to scare them but they both started snatching it and one of the men got shot in the stomach. The police have arrested Kumar and will present him in court.
