In latest Uttarakhand news, Haridwar police arrested a person for allegedly stealing bag of a devotee while he was taking dip in Ganga at Har Ki Paudi. Police recovered the bag from the accused which contained mobile phone, purse, clothes, wristwatch and aadhar card. Police informed that they had registered a case against the accused on the basis of complaint filed by a Rohtak (Haryana) resident Subhas Chandra. The complainant said that someone had stolen his backpack which contained purse, mobile phone, clothes, wristwatch and aaadhar card when he was taking a dip in Ganga at Har Ki Paudi ghat.
