Maryland State University confers doctorate on chairman of Doon International Group of Schools

Maryland State University, USA has conferred honorary doctorate award on the chairman of the Doon International Group of Schools, DS Mann at a function in New Delhi. In a statement released to the media, the Doon International School said that a number of scholars from the global academic community attended the felicitation programme.
The school authority further said that the educationist, social worker and philanthropist from Dehradun had been conferred with honorary doctorate by the USA-based university in recognition of his outstanding achievements in the field of education.
Among the dignitaries present on the occasion were the chairman, Finland Chamber of Commerce and Industry HeikkiRanta; president IKBCC Zena Chung; educator USA, Vibha Sharma; education consultant, Georgia, Deepika Joshi; educationist, London, UK Pradeep Chaubey and former senior vice- president Cadila Pharma Ltd, P K Rajput.
