To fill ten seats of MBSS and 50 seats of BDS in the medical colleges of the State, the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University will conduct a special stray vacancy round of NEET UG counselling from November 5.
The member secretary of the NEET UG counselling board, Dr Ashish Uniyal said that a meeting chaired by the President of the counselling board and Vice Chancellor of the medical education university was organised on Saturday. The meeting was held on the orders of the government of India and it was decided that special stray counselling will be organised to fill the vacant MBBS and BDS seats in the medical and dental colleges of the State.
Uniyal said that the counselling will be held both in online and offline mode. The online registration for stray counselling will be done from 11 am on November 5 to 8 pm on November 7. The merit list display will be done on November 8 . The venue of offline counselling will be Shri Guru Ram Rai Medical and health sciences Dehradun. Uniyal said that the last date for completion of admission formalities at college level is November 15
