Meena Rawat Congress mayoral candidate from Srinagar, Joshi from Haldwani

Uttarakhand Congress has fielded Meena Rawat for the post of Mayor, Srinagar municipal corporation. Similarly Lalit Joshi and Sandeep Singhal will be the party’s mayoral candidates from Haldwani and Kashipur municipal corporations respectively.
The vice president organisation of State Congress, Mathuradutt Joshi said that the party has made Kavi Joshi as its candidate for chairperson Municipal council Bageshwar, Umesh Rathore fro Khatima, Gurjeet Singh Gitte from Bajpur, Rajesh Kumar from Sitarganj and Abid Hussain Noori from Jaspur municipal council. Similarly the party has fielded Kavit Joshi from Bageshwar municipal council, Pooja Devi from Duggada, Kuldeep Panwar from Tehri, Ramlal Nautiyal from Kirtinagar, Urmila Rana from Dhalwala, Deveshwari Shah from Joshimath, Pramod Bisht from Gopeshwar, Ramdayal from Karnprayag, Sandeep Negi from Gauchar, Sunita Rawat from Tharali, Dinesh Gaur from Uttarkashi, Darshan Lal from Chinnyalisaur, Vijaypal Singh Rawat from Badkot, Saraswati from Nainital, Pankaj Kumar Arya from Bhowali and Deepak Bhandari from Rudraprayag municipal council.
The party has made Manoj Kumar its chairman candidate from Nagar Panchayat Nanakmatta, Rakhi Bishwas from Shakti Farm, Kishore Sammant from Gulerbhoj, Mohammad Rafi from Sultanpur patti, Hema Pant from Berinag, Manohar Tolia from Munsiyari, Bindiya Agarwal from Swargashram Jonk, Bhawna Verma from Garud, Dhanna Bisht from Kapkot, Jitendra Chauhan from Satpuli, Veera Devi from Thallisain, Sankarpal Singh Sajwan from Ghansali, Mamta Panwar from Chamiyala, Jayanti Rana from Peepalkoti, Samundra Devi from Pokhri, Meena Rautela from Ghat, Prithwi Singh Rautela from Nandprayag, Bihari Lal Shah from Purola, Vipin Kumar from Naugaon, Seema Tamta from Bhimtal, Bhawana Sati from Kaladhungi, Seema Devi from Tilwada, Beena Devi from Guptkashi, Rajendra Goswami from Agastyamuni and Reeta Pushpwan from Ukhimath Nagar Panchayat.
Joshi said that the party has focussed on giving tickets to the dedicated party workers.
