The Transport and Social Welfare minister Chandan Ram Dass was admitted to a private hospital here on Monday.
The minister is suffering from dengue and his condition is said to be improving. He is expected to be discharged from the hospital on Tuesday.
It is pertinent to mention here that the minister did not attend the recent winter session of the State Assembly due to poor health.
