Minister gives February 29 deadline for Sainya Dham construction

Taking a stern view of delay in the construction of Sainya Dham in Dehradun, the Soldier Welfare minister Ganesh Joshi has directed the officers to ensure that the Sainya Dham is completed by the end of February. The Sainya Dhami is being constructed at the Guniyal Gaon near Dehradun.
The minister took a review of the progress of the construction of Sainya Dham at his office in Vidhan Sabha on Thursday. In the meeting the minister said that the work should be undertaken round the clock to ensure completion of construction of Sainya Dham in this month. The minister said that the Sainya Dham is based on the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and is the dream project of the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and the State government. He expressed confidence that like Char Dhams the pilgrims from all parts of the country will visit Sainya Dham once it is completed.
The meeting was attended by secretary to the CM, R Meenakshi Sundaram, secretary of Soldier Welfare Deependra Chaudhary, managing director of Peyjal Nigam Ranvir Singh Chauhan and others.
