The State agriculture and soldier welfare minister and the chairman of Uttarakhand Council of Biotechnology (UCB) Ganesh Joshi unfurled the national flag in the presence of officers and employees of UCB premises at Haldi in Pantnagar in Udham Singh Nagar district to mark Independence Day. He also planted a sapling under the campaign ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ to mark the occasion.
