In latest news from Uttarakhand, the body of the 13-year-old boy Kartik who had gone missing from his home at Khubbanpur under Bhagwanpur police station jurisdiction five days ago was recovered and as per police it was sent for autopsy to Roorkee Civil Hospital. Sharing details, the Bhagwanpur police station in-charge Suryabhusan Negi said that a strong foul smell had taken a villager to a farmland near forest and there he had found the body. Thereafter, he informed vilagers and Kartik’s relatives identified the body. Negi further said that the boy’s relatives were suspecting it to be a case of murder. Probe was on, he added.
