Missing teenager brought back home from Mumbai

In latest news from Uttarakhand, acting on the information received about the whereabouts of 16-year-old boy, resident of Purola, who had gone missing, the police went to Mumbai and brought him back safely. Notably, the boy’s father had registered a missing diary on
March 13 at Purola police station, stating that his son had not returned home after going to school. On the basis of this complaint, the police registered a case and started investigation.  

The station house officer Mohan Kathait said that they had traced the boy in Mumbai on the basis of CCTV footages and brought him back home safely. During questioning, the boy said that he had left the house in a fit of anger.
After the completion of the legal formalities, the teenager was handed over to the family.
