The Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre (ICTC) mobile van being operated by the Uttarakhand State AIDS Control Society (USACS) has provided consultancy and testing facility to 1544 persons in the districts of Dehradun, Haridwar, Pauri and Udham Singh Nagar under its Community Based Screening programme on HIV.
In the programme consultancy and HIV tests are done under the aegis of National AIDS Control Programme. The additional Project director, USACS said that one lab technician, one consultant, one driver and one attendant have been deployed in the van.
