The chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Bhararisain to attend the monsoon session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly. On his arrival in the helipad, he was welcomed by the Chamoli district magistrate, Sandeep Tiwari and others. Notably, the session will continue till August 22.
Meanwhile, the regional Meteorological department has issued rain alert in the State till August 22. In view of the possibility of landslides and road blockages in the mountainous areas, the administration instructed the public representatives and officers to be vigilant while coming to Gairsain.
