More than 60 lakh ABHA IDs made in State so far

The State government has claimed that it has made more than 60 lakh Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) identification cards so far. Officials stated that the Ayushman Bhava campaign is underway in the State. On the directions of the Health minister Dhan Singh Rawat, the Health secretary and other senior officials are also touring various areas to ensure the success of this campaign. Meanwhile latest data on Saturday shows that more than 60 lakh ABHA IDs have been made in the State so far. The officials claimed that this is a major achievement for the department.
According to official sources, ABHA IDs are to be made for every citizen in the State as part of the Ayushman Bharat digital mission. The health related details of the person concerned will remain secure in this identification card. The officials further informed that a total of 60,04,664 ABHA IDs have been made in the State so far. Dehradun is in first place with more than seven lakh ABHA IDs being made. The State Health Authority chief executive officer Dr Anand Srivastav informed that all the government officials are working diligently to ensure the success of the Ayushman Bhava programme. Barring exceptions, the pace of making Ayushman cards and ABHA IDs is as expected.
The Health minister Dhan Singh Rawat said that strict instructions have been issued from top to bottom to ensure the success of the Ayushman Bhava campaign. The programme is underway as expected with more than 60 lakh ABHA IDs being made so far. The general public is also encouraged by the success of this programme, the minister claimed.
