The more one person is motivated, the more that person will progress and move towards nation building. Noted motivational speaker Shiv Khera said this while speaking at a four-day high impact leadership programme at the Century Pulp and Paper Mill.
Khera said that winners have one aim but they reach their aim by doing things differently. Winners talk of doing something while losers say that something should be done. Appreciating the Birla group of companies, he said that the ideals of the group match his own. “This is why I came to this institution in Uttarakhand and gave direction to already motivated officials. Though the officials are already motivated in their work, giving them a new direction has filled them with enthusiasm,” said Khera. Addressing 80 personnel of the group from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Lalkuan at the conclusion of the workshop on Saturday, he said that it is vital to have an aim in life to achieve success which is weighed in different parameters. The factory’s chief executive officer Vijay Kaul and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.
