MoU inked between CSC & Patanjali Gramodyog to raise farmers’ income

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Common Services Centre (CSC) under Government of India and Patanjali Gramodyog (Nyas) with an objective to enhance the income of the farmers and cattle raisers. The managing director of CSC Sanjay Kumar Rakesh and the general secretary of the Patanjali Gramodyog Yashdev Shastri signed the memorandum.
Addressing the MoU signing programme, Shastri said that it is a matter of happiness that CSC has taken initiative in assistance with Patanjali to increase the milk productivity of the animals. He further said that the animal feed, feed supplements and ayurvedic animal medicines, produced according to the norms of the Bureau of Indian Standards, will now reach every farmer of the country at the minimum rate.
Speaking on the occasion, the managing director CSC, Rakesh said that the network of Patanjali is spread over more than 700 districts of the country. “The MoU signed today will play a great role on the ground in reaching Patanjali’s animal feed, feed supplements and ayurvedic animal medicines to the cattle raisers across the country, enhancing their income,” he added.
