In latest news from Uttarakhand, an inter-house competition involving the 4th semester students was hosted at Naincy College of Nursing, Jeolikote. The institute’s chairperson Manju Singh and director Sanjay Kumar Singh inaugurated the event. The chairperson in her address said that the event was meant to arouse societal awareness about the vulnerability of the girls to crimes like rape and feticide. Different facets of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao programme were highlighted during the event.
