Nainital Bank launches scheme for cancer patients

Nainital Bank has launched a new scheme for cancer health care for customers in which coverage of upto Rs 10 lakh is provided. Addressing a media conference at the bank’s head office here, the senior officials shared the bank’s half-yearly results and new products for customers. The chief financial officer (CFO) Mahesh Kumar Goyal said that as per the RBI guidelines on cyber attack, the bank had further tightened the security of its accounts, adding that the bank had achieved many important achievements till September 30. The bank has registered a growth of 7.51 per cent on an annual basis from retail advances and 3.20 per cent on an annual basis in gross advances while the total business of the bank has increased by 3.17 per cent on an annual basis. Along with this, the connected interest margin of the bank has increased to 3.34 per cent on September 30.
