Navrachana University confers degrees on 707 students at its 12th convocation

Navrachana University, Vadodara, celebrated its 12th annual convocation, conferring degrees on 707 students from various disciplines across undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes.

Of the 707 graduating students, 379 were girls and 328 were boys. Eleven of the 17 gold medalists were also girls. Moreover, six students, including three girls, were awarded PhD degrees. A total of 516 students received bachelor’s degrees, 166 students received master’s degrees and 24 students received degrees upon completion of five-year integrated programmes.

In her address, chairperson of Navrachana Education Society, Tejal Amin said that the graduates would continue to make the institution proud with their academic achievements and contribution to society.
