The Uttaranchal University, Law College Dehradun’s board of studies recommended the new curriculum. The college dean, professor Rajesh Bahuguna said that the syllabus will encourage result based education as per the rules of the Bar Council of India.
It has been chosen based on the local, national and global educational and professional requirements of the students which will prove to be a milestone for the careers of the students. The process was completed in three stages. This syllabus was recommended for 2021-22 and beyond. Bahuguna said that it had been designed to be career oriented and in accordance with world class education.
