In latest news from Dehradun, on the first day of the four-day Mussoorie Winterline Carnival, some eminent folk artistes presented music and dance performances at Town Hall in the presence of hundreds of tourists staying in the queen of hills. Among the noted artistes were the Padma Shri recipient Basanti Bisht who presented jagori and Reshma Shah who with her cultural teams presented Jounpuri, Jaunsari and Garhwali songs and dances. Besides, young singers Rohan Bhardwaj and Karishma Shah presented songs at the annual carnival.
