A one-day camp was organised in the DAV- PG College on Friday to commemorate the Foundation Day of the National Service Scheme (NSS). The camp was started by the Principal in-charge Ashok Srivastava. Speaking as the keynote speaker at the camp, NSS In-charge Hariom Shankar said that the volunteers of the NSS should bring cleanliness in their practice. Faculty member Akhilesh Bajpai said that a volunteer of NSS is different from other students because there is a spirit of social service in him.
In the camp the students participated in essay competition, poster competition, slogan competition and Rangoli competition.
