On the orders of the Vidhan Sabha speaker Ritu Khanduri the office of the Vidhan Sabha secretary Mukesh Kumar Singhal was sealed on Saturday.
Singhal has also been sent on a long leave by the speaker. The appointment of Singhal and his out of turn promotions during the tenure of former Speaker Prem Chand Agarwal are being questioned from various quarters.
