One person died and another was injured when a Bolero, going to Chomasu from Satpuli, met an accident around 4.30 pm. The driver lost control over the car when it was around 2 km from Satpuli and it fell 300 meters into the Nayar river. While one died immediately the other was seriously injured. The injured was rushed to a hospital by the locals. From there he was sent to AIIMS Rishikesh, given his serious condition. The body of the deceased was sent for postmortem and then handed over to his relatives. On receiving information, SDRF and police team rushed to the accident site and started rescue operation.
