Bus was carrying pilgrims from Kedarnath to Haridwar

One person died and 20 were injured when a bus being driven from Kedarnath to Haridwar overturned on the road near Kaudiyala in the Devprayag police station area on Monday. The bus was carrying 32 pilgrims hailing from Mumbai.
According to sources, the driver of the bus lost control of the vehicle causing it to flip over and land on its side on Monday evening. The 21 persons injured in the mishap were taken to Rishikesh for treatment where one person died later during the day.A total of 33 persons including two children were in the bus at the time of the mishap.
