The biennial election of the Uttarakhand Personal Assistant/Personal Officer Federation was held at the Irrigation department hall here on Sunday.
Vikram Singh Negi of Youth Welfare department was unanimously elected the state head while Kuldeep Kumar of the Rural Works Department was elected the state general secretary.
The other elected office bearers of the federation include senior vice president ML Sapra, state treasurer VS Rawat, Garhwal head Manoj Bhandari, Kumaon head Manoj Pandey along with Sarita Guleria and Rajni Bisht as auditors among others.
