CM inaugurates e- directorate, state of the art help desk system
The chief minister Tirath Singh Rawat inaugurated e -directorate and resource centre of the state Panchayati Raj here on Friday. He also started the ‘help desk’ system of the department. Addressing the ceremony, the CM said that the e- office and the help desk of the department should not confine themselves for the monitoring of the funds made available by the central and state finance commissions but also provide information about all 29 linear departments of Panchayati Raj and their schemes to the people.
In the programme CM interacted with the representatives of three tier Panchayati Raj system, 662 common service centres, officials and employees of the Panchayati Raj department from the huddle room.
The MLA of Raipur, Umesh Sharma Kau said that the e office and help desk would go a long way in development of the state. The secretary Panchayati Raj H C Semwal highlighted the smart and eco friendly e – office, the help desk system and its importance for achieving good governance in the state.
