Paralytic patient back home on heli ambulance from AIIMS at CM’s initiative

Following direction from the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Bhawan Singh, resident of Dumak village in Chamoli district, who had undergone treatment for paralysis at AIIMS Rishikesh for some days, was flown back home on heli ambulance. The relatives were worried about how to bring him home after the hospital discharged him with his village being six km away from the main road. Acting on his relatives’ plea, the CM had directed the Chamoli district magistrate to arrange heli ambulance for him. With the administration’s assistance, the villager came back home safely on Wednesday.
