Taking a dig at the Congress, the state president of Bharatiya Janata Party, Madan Kaushik said that the Congress is undertaking a Parivartan Yatra in Uttarakhand but the effects are being seen in Punjab. He said that the Congress has received an immediate outcome of its Parivartan Yatra with change being executed in Punjab. Kaushik said, “Struggling with factionalism and internal dissent, the Congress won’t be able to fool the public for long on the basis of lies and drama.
The Congress is facing the same situation in Uttarakhand where its Parivartan Yatra is marked by selective participation of its top leaders. Its activities are a clear indicator of the factionalism it is facing. In Uttarakhand, the reality of the Congress has come to the fore in the public space at a time when it is trying to misguide the public through its Parivartan Yatra. Elsewhere in India too, in Congress governed states the development works are suffering due to the factionalism in the party as it is being witnessed in Uttarakhand as an example,” said the BJP state president.
