In latest Uttarakhand news, on the first day of the nomination filing process for the Bageswhar by-poll slated on September 5, the BJP candidate Parvati Das is all set to file her nomination papers in the presence of the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and the State BJP chief Mahendra Bhatt . It is also learnt from the ruling party leaders that the CM would launch his maiden campaigning rally for the candidate just after the nomination filing process is over. Notably, the by-poll is being held following the death of the former MLA and the State cabinet minister Chandan Dass Ram. The saffron party chose his widow as its candidate for the by-poll while betting on the supposed sympathy wave for the deceased minister.
