While addressing the annual function of Patanjali Gurukulam held at Patanjali University in Haridwar on Friday, yoga guru Baba Ramdev said that the ideological foundation of the gurukulam was ‘Education for Leadership’.
He further said that two things are important in life: ideological foundation and living that idea. Patanjali Gurukulam had been making its students proficient in Vedas, Philosophy, Grammar and the like along with modern subjects, he said, adding that they wanted to develop such capabilities in the students so that they could lead the world in various fields.
On this occasion, the students presented dramatic performances based on the lives of spiritual and nationalist leaders.
