Patanjali’s agricultural revolution in MP begins from Mauganj: Acharya Balkrishna

The general secretary of Patanjali Yogpeth, Acharya Balkrishna said that Patanjali has framed a comprehensive and holistic plan for the Vindhya region of Madhya Pradesh to ensure prosperity of the farmers through creation of employment opportunities and promotion of development. “Under this plan, Patanjali plans to develop an industrial park in village Ghurehta of Mauganj district in Rewa region of Madhya Pradesh under industrial policy and investment promotion. Our focus is on skill development among the local communities which will facilitate a self-reliant agriculture,” he added. Accompanied by the Mauganj district magistrate, he visited the uncultivated lands where Patanjali would launch its multi-pronged development projects.
He further said that this innovative initiative would include crop diversification, training centres, seed units and primary processing units to ensure that better resources and technical support are provided to the farmers. “Along with this, local residents will also be able to take advantage of Patanjali’s education and health service,” he added.
