People determined to throw BJP out of power: Mahara

The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Karan Mahara has said that people of the country have made up their minds to throw BJP out of power. In a programme held in the State headquarters of the Congress party on Wednesday, the PCC president handed over the badge of the Congress party to workers and exhorted them to visit their areas and campaign in support of party candidates.
He said that the workers should take the policies and works of the Congress governments to the people. Mahara said that the BJP is spreading communal hatred and is dividing the society. He said that the workers should tell people about the failure of the BJP government and take up issues such as Ankita Bhandari murder case, theft of gold in Kedarnath temple, backdoor appointments in Vidhan Sabha and paper leaks. The PCC president said that the Congress workers should counter the propaganda unleashed by the BJP.The Vice president organisation Mathuradutt Joshi and other leaders were present on the occasion.
