Perpetuum 2025: AIMS & MSM drive the future of management education

The Master School of Management (MSM), in collaboration with the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), hosted the 35th Annual Management Education Convention, Perpetuum 2025 – Aviral, Advitiya & Anant. 

The three-day convention featured ten high-impact panel discussions, engaging policymakers, corporate heads, startup founders, and brought together over 50 thought leaders from premier institutions, including IIM-A, IIM-B, IIM-I, IIM-U, ISB Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, IMT Hyderabad, University of Southampton Delhi, University of Mumbai, OP Jindal Global University, Jaipuria Institute of Management, and the University of Delhi, reinforcing its reputation as a premier platform for academic-industry collaboration.

The convention was inaugurated by group president – Strategic HR, Reliance Industries Limited, Bijay Sahoo who emphasised AI’s transformative role in education and business. AIMS president and MSM founder Sudhir Sharma introduced the theme Perpetuum, underscoring the need for continuous learning and policy-driven educational reforms.

Pro-vice chancellor of Savitribai Phule Pune University & Treasurer of AIMS, Parag Kalkar stated, “Established in 1988, AIMS has played a pivotal role in advancing management education, with a network of over 640 member B-schools fostering innovation and leadership development.”

A highlight was the Professor Ravi J Matthai National Fellowship Award, conferred upon Harivansh Chaturvedi (IILM Lodi Road) for his contributions to management education. The valedictory session, led by Dr Subhranshu Acharya (CMD, NSIC), emphasised value-driven leadership.

Under the leadership of convention director RP Juyal, the event set a new benchmark for industry-academia collaboration, with actionable insights documented for policy integration. Co-convenor Mohit Sati, dean of admissions at MSM, reinforced the event’s transformative role in shaping management education.
