An award show to felicitate prominent personalities from various fields was organised on the weekend by a magazine along with the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board.
The Tourism and Culture minister Satpal Maharaaz along with former cabinet minister Amrita Rawat were also present on the occasion.
The Uttarakhand icon award was presented to personalities from various spheres by the minister after which he released the September edition of Discover Uttarakhand magazine dedicated to tourism in Uttarakhand.
