The plains in the State are expected to continue experiencing foggy conditions during the morning hours. According to the State meteorological centre, dry weather is likely to prevail in the districts of the State on Monday. Further, shallow to moderate fog is likely to occur in the plains of the State during the morning hours.
The provisional State capital Dehradun is forecast to experience mainly clear sky with mist likely to occur during the morning hours. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be about 24 degrees Celsius and eight degrees Celsius respectively in Dehradun on Monday.
Meanwhile, the maximum and minimum temperatures recorded in various parts of the State on Sunday were 24.4 degrees Celsius and 7.2 degrees Celsius respectively in Dehradun, 25 degrees Celsius and 6.3 degrees Celsius in Pantnagar, 15.4 degrees Celsius and 4.9 degrees Celsius in Mukteshwar and 16.8 degrees Celsius and 6.2 degrees Celsius respectively in New Tehri.
