Plots were allocated to freedom fighters and the first generation of their dependents at Adhoiwala village in Dehradun on Tuesday. Dehradun mayor Sunil Uniyal ‘Gama’ presided over the plot allotment held through the lottery system.
A total of eight out of 11 beneficiaries have been allotted plots in the area. Those allotted plots include Premlata, Rakesh Kumar Rastogi, Deveshwari Saklani, Sanjiv Rana, Sudev Jugra, Avdhesh Pant, Anuradha Sahani, Harshbala and Gambhir Singh Rautela.
