In latest news from Uttarakhand, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the revered Adi Kailash and dressed in the local traditional attire, he offered puja to the Lord Shiva. He also meditated for a while. This aside, the PM was found doing aarti while playing Damru-the favourite musical instrument of the Lord- and blowing conch shell. He also interacted with the ITBP and the Army jawans. Meanwhile, the Pithoragarh district administration has made fool-proof security arrangements for Modi’s visit. His special chopper landed at the helipad at Jollingkong at the scheduled time. As per the schedules of the PM’s visit, he is set to go to Almora from Pithoragarh around noon and pay obeisance at the old, revered shrine at Jageshwar. Thereafter, he will fly back to Pithoragarh where he is scheduled to address a public meeting. After the rally, he would lay foundation stones of development projects worth Rs 42,000 crore. In evening, he is scheduled to return to Delhi.
