The Bharatiya Janata Party has stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in Rishikesh was a historic event. The BJP State president Mahendra Bhatt said that the people trust Modi’s promise and that the party is going to win all the five Lok Sabha seats in the State by a record margin of five lakh. Bhatt requested the party workers to immediately set about doing what PM Modi had asked. The PM had asked the workers to first offer salutations to the gods and goddesses in their villages on his behalf and also convey his greetings to the elderly. The workers should ensure that everybody votes on April 19, he had said. Bhatt thanked the people of Uttarakhand for thronging to Modi’s rally in large numbers. “PM Modi’s rally is a guarantee of the electoral victory for his soldiers. Unprecedented and transformative works have been done under PM Modi and chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s leadership due to which the State’s people have already decided to vote for Modi. After his inspiring speech in Rishikesh, we are certain that our candidates will win all the five seats with more than 75 per cent vote share,” Bhatt said.
