Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be on a day’s visit to Uttarakhand on October 7. Though his official programme is yet to be announced, the PM is expected to visit Kedarnath in Rudraprayag district on the day.
The Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami confirmed that the PM would visit the state but said that his minute to minute programme has not been released yet. The president of Uttarakhand unit of BJP, Madan Kaushik also said that the final programme of PM’s visit has not been received but said that PM is visiting the state.
It is learnt that the PM can inaugurate the new terminal of Dehradun airport and the oxygen plan of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rishikesh during his visit.
