In latest news from Uttarakhand, the advisor to the Prime Minister Bhaskar Khulbe was conferred with the honorary DSc at the 18th annual convocation of the Kumaun University DSB campus. Notably, Khulbe is an alumnus of this institution and this the first time an honorary degree was conferred on a former student. After receiving the honorary degree, he in his speech exhorted the youth to blend hard work and discipline to succeed in life. Meanwhile, a total of 113 students were presented with medals and the medalists include 90 girls.
