The governor of Uttarakhand lieutenant general (retd) Gurmit Singh virtually participated in the Pariksha Pe Charcha programme of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Raj Bhawan auditorium on Friday. More than 155 students and teachers of different schools of Dehradun also attended the programme.
After the programme the governor said the PM’s programme would motivate Crores of students across the country. “Students will get to learn a lot from the thoughts of the PM. Like a parent, he boosted the morale of the students and guided them. His every word was informative and useful for the students and all the public,’’ he said.
Governor Singh also conveyed his best wishes to the students for the upcoming examinations. He told the students that it is important to identify self worth and maintaining self-discipline and introspection are very important for the students to achieve success.
